Hi there, my name is Bridget Orosz. I am a certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner and holistic health coach with specialty training in nutrient therapies for mental health and mineral balancing via hair tissue mineral analysis. In 2023 I contracted an infection which caused my pre-existing dysautonomia to progress into full blown debilitating POTS. By 2025 I was totally housebound and primarily bedridden. At my worst I could only sit up 2-3 minutes at a time. I was diagnosed with three different conditions which often co-occur and are known as “the trifecta” or “the triad”. EDS, MCAS, and POTS.

I spent months searching for answers and even with my background in Functional Medicine and Holistic Health I was totally at a loss. A dozen doctors and an entire life savings drained, and still no answers. A year of my life went by watching my children pray every night to have their mom back, watching them blow out candles on their birthday cake wishing only to see mommy get out of bed again, reading Christmas lists with only the words “Mom to get out of bed again” written on them. I know what it means to lose valuable time with your loved ones. I know what real chronic fatigue feels like. That brain fog that sets in, so thick you almost forget you’ve ever been any other way. I know how it feels to struggle with migraines and dizziness that steal your ability to see, talk or swallow. I know the fear that strikes you to your core when your heart rate sky rockets to 150 beats per minute just from setting your foot on the floor. I wondered how many others there were like me, how many might have had it worse and I vowed that if I ever found answers and got out of that bed again I would make it my mission to serve this population for the rest of my life. So, here I am, out of bed and ready to serve.
